About Ashley

Experience & Education

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy of Law and Sociology from the University of California, Riverside, where she gained a strong understanding of legal theory and the social factors that influence family dynamics. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne, College of Law, where she refined her advocacy skills and developed a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal matters.

To better assist clients in high-conflict situations, Ashley also became a Certified Divorce Coach for High Conflict Divorce. Her diverse background equips her to guide clients through emotionally charged family law cases with empathy, strategy, strong advocacy and care.

Areas of Specialization

With extensive experience in both family and criminal law, Ashley brings a unique perspective to her family law practice. As a criminal prosecutor, she worked tirelessly to protect victims of abuse and ensured that their voices were heard. This passion naturally extended to family law, where she now helps clients navigate sensitive and emotionally charged matters such as divorce, child custody, support, and domestic violence restraining orders. She has successfully represented clients throughout Riverside County, guiding them through the complexities of dissolution, legal separation, property division, and the Child Custody Recommended Counseling (CCRC)/mediation process.

In family law matters, Ashley draws on her courtroom and trial advocacy experience to skillfully handle high-conflict cases, including those involving domestic violence and coercive control. Her ability to remain calm under pressure and develop tailored strategies helps clients achieve favorable outcomes while protecting their families and future. Whether addressing complex custody disputes or ensuring fair financial settlements, she is committed to providing compassionate and effective representation.

In The Community

Ashley is an active member of the local legal community and law enforcement community throughout Riverside County. Her involvement keeps her connected to the latest developments in family law and criminal law, ensuring she can provide informed and effective representation to her clients in both the family and criminal arena.
