Experience & Education
Chelcee Eads obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2021 from California Western School of Law, receiving academic excellence awards in Advanced Legal Writing/Professional Responsibility, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and an academic merit scholarship. Prior to this, she received her undergraduate degree from California State University – Northridge, with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. During her time at CSUN, she interned at the Los Angeles Superior Court and worked at a family law firm in Santa Barbara as a legal assistant.
Areas of Specialization
Chelcee began her career at Cage & Miles during her second year of law school as a law clerk. She has gained significant experience in drafting marital settlement agreements, legal research, discovery, child custody disputes, spousal support, child support, domestic violence restraining orders, and child relocation cases. Chelcee especially likes working closely with clients to draft creative and equitable marital settlement agreements. Chelcee is incredibly detail oriented and prides herself in ensuring clients understand every aspect of their case.
In The Community
As the daughter of a United States Marine, Chelcee grew up all over the United States but has called San Diego home since 2018. Chelcee is recently married to a California wildland firefighter, and in her spare time enjoys reading, taking her two German Shepherds for walks, and going to baseball games.
