Experience & Education
Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree in human development and Family Studies with a minor in Spanish from Colorado State University. During her time in undergrad, she volunteered with a mentorship program that served at-risk students. Her experience with that program and the incredible kids drove her decision to attend law school.
Lauren earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law. There, she served as a Teaching Assistant for first-year law students. She was granted the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her outstanding performance, specifically in the course dedicated to case law on human trafficking.
During her time in law school, Lauren served as a law clerk for the Family Law Facilitator's office and at the Veteran's Legal Institute, assisting self-represented litigants with their family law matters. During her final year of law school, she clerked at Cage & Miles and was hired as an attorney after passing the California Bar Exam on her first attempt.

In practice, Lauren leverages her experience serving children and families to skillfully handle sensitive divorce cases, high-conflict custody disputes, and complex support matters. Lauren prides herself on her clear and effective communication with clients.
